Ya están revisando la licencia para modificarlo, veremos en que queda:

Si es que tiene narices... y por cierto, no lo he visto, pero dudo que no se pueda hacer nada que no se pueda hacer con el irfanview (no hablo ya del gimp). Ocupa unos 7MB -creo-, es gratuito y tiene plugins por un tubo.
